Removing Website Shortcut up on Home Screen,Android
Problem:
There's a short cut called "Web Games" that keeps showing up
on my Home Screen. I cannot trace where it came from. The short cut opens a
Website called "h5playlist.com" which is a simple HTML 5 based Game
Website with a few random games. The Whois of the Website traces to a Chinese
Domain Name Provider, ename.com, and the games are provided by a German HTML 5
Game company, softgames.de.
Cause:
Web
games shortcut was created because of a modification done to firmware by an
unknown application. It will be because
of allowing installation of unknown source in android. You can identify the
root cause application. Below is one of the cause of webgames application.

Step2:(Kernal Flashing)
For samsung mobile download kies
software and select "firmware upgrade and initialization", it will
ask for model and serial number. Then it will automatically downloads original
firmware from samsung website and flashes you phone.
Most of the phone model brands are providing the pc suit
software for flashing you OS firmware. If your phone is under warranty better go to service centre for flashing your phone.
