FULL SCREEN ADDS ON ANDROID

QUERRY:

Getting full screen pop-up ads and notifications as well ninja Run, Crazed Sniper etc.
Adds are random and are not on a particular item.

ROOT CAUSE:

      1)  Observer the circled text in the below 2 images

you will find 2 diffent texts inside,
          a) Contains adds
          b) In-app Purchase

Contains adds indicates, it was a free version and it will push adds. In-app Purchase indicates you can purchase a full version and your app will be add free.

      2)  Updating apps other than google apps frequently

Most of us think that update app will allow us to use new features and fixes bugs. In some case it was correct.  But in most of the cases you will be in trouble getting unwanted add notifications.

Some of the apps which i explained in previous example don't have adds in there older version and after getting popularity pushing adds in latest versions.

      3) Allowing unknown installers

Unkown sources indicates apps other than playstore will be considered as unknown      and are insecure. If you really know the app then only allow it for installation.

Always deselect the unknown source option.

PRECAUTIONARY

   1)  Check before installing a new app, if it contains adds try installing older versions which      may not have any adds.

You can find older versions in the below link

                 uptodown

   2)  Always deselect allow unkown sources installation option. If you really know the app          select allow and deselect after installation

   3) If it is really needed app and it contains adds disallow notification access, you can avoid      adds to some extend.

SOLUTION :

When you are victim of full screen adds. First identify what was the condition the add getting exibited. Uninstall apps one by one and till identify the solution. Reinstall a older version of the uninstalled apps which pushes notification.

Below are the some of the list of app category that can push full screen adds.

      a) Dialer apps
      b) Keyboard apps
      c) Launcher apps
      d) Automated task apps
      e) Gaming apps

The above listed category apps need notification access and can get a chance to push add notication.

FLASHING BIOS FOR A DEAD LAPTOP

Querry

1          1)          I was trying to update the bios of my motherboard, but something went horrible. It was doing the flashing process and then I realized my pc was in a turn-off-turn-on cycle. It turns on for half second then it turns off, repeating forever. I want to know if its possible to fix that or if my laptop is dead.

2          2)      Flashed his BIOS on a lenovo laptop after upgrading to Windows 10. Flashing the BIOS in the middle realized he did the wrong one and decided to shut it off. It powers on but nothing comes on the screen.
SOLUTION:

If some thing goes wrong while updating bios, laptop or pc will go to a dead condition. To make it work we need to flash a bios that provided by manufacturer. I will guide you step by step procedure for FLASHING BIOS.

Step 1:  Downloading bios and selecting required files
Check the laptop model which was written on top of the display or at the back of the laptop. Search in the manufacturer website. Today I will demo how to flash a Lenovo ideapad y550.
Download bios from the below link:

Run it, bios by default will be extracted before running

Download PHOENIX BIOS that required to create a bootable USB for flashing from the below link

Step 3: Creating  a bootable USB

Extrack the zip file downloaded int Step2.  Right clik on WINCRIS.exe file and select properties and select compatibility TAB, select "Run this program in compatibility mode" and select Windows XP service pack 3.

To create a bootable USB, we need a USB with FAT filesystem. For this you need a USB with less than 4 GB size. 1 or 2 GB is recommended. Format your pendrive in FAT filesystem.

Note: FAT format option will only be available for a pendrive with less than 4GB.

Format the pendrive with FAT filesystem.
Copy bios.WPH which we have renamed in Step 1 to PHONIX BIOS folder.

Now run WINCRIS.exe file and create a bootable pendrive. Eject and reconnect the pendrive as it notifies.

Step 4: Copying Bios version to Bootable Pendrive.

Copy the below files in to the pendrive.

1     1)      bios.WPH  ( Renamed  in Step 1)
2     2 )      PHLASH16.EXE (Available in PHONIX BIOS folder)
       3)      MINIDOS.SYS (Available in PHONIX BIOS folder)

Note: Ignore if the files are available in Bootable Pendrive.

Step 5: Flashing Bios to laptop

Remove battery of the dead laptop. Remove the power Card.

Function + B / Windows + B any one will work for laptop to start flashing BIOS from Pendrive.

Try with Function + B if it did’t works then use Windows + B.

Press Function + B key then insert Power card, hold Function + B key and press power button after inserting power card. Hold Function + B for 2 sec after you press Power button.

a       a )      Press Function + B
b       b)      Insert power card (hold keys as per step a)
         c)      Press power button
         d)      Release Function + B key after 2 sec

Now observe FAN and Pendrive.

If the fan speed was high and continues with the same speed and pendrive blinks, it means BIOS flashing started. After pendrive stops blinking wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Your laptop will automatically reboots after successful flash.

If it still does’t reboot after 5 minutes. Remove power and reinsert and turn the power on.

Note: If you found Fan speed reduces immediately after step d, try using windows + B  and repeat Step 5
